VARIETY – GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Falanghina;
AREA OF PRODUCTION: vineyards located in the hilly areas of Istria;
SOIL – ALTITUDE: soil type is clayey-loamy, altitude 100-200 m above sea level;
HARVEST: by hand, first decade of October;
VINIFICATION: the carefully harvested flower must, instantaneously cooled and clarified by decantation, is then fermented and processed following the careful instructions dictated by the white wine-making specifications. Aging in steel;
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.00 % vol;
COLOR: straw yellow color, with greenish reflections;
BOUQUET: the nose presents a delicate and varied floral bouquet with hints of exotic fruit;
TASTE: fresh, pleasantly acidic, delicately velvety;
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C;
GASTRONOMIC ACCOMPANYMENTS: ideal for aperitifs and in combination with appetizers and fish dishes
