PRODUCTION AREA: Lison Pramaggiore;
VINEYARDING: espalier form of farming, with a density of 3800 plants/ha and production of 10 tons/hr;
HARVEST: third week of August, upon reaching full technological maturity, with manual harvesting during the coolest hours of the day;
VINIFICATION: soft crushing and pressing of the grapes, clarification of the must by decanting and transfer of the clear must to steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 18°C;
AGINGSTORAGE: 4 months in a steel tank, one month in contact with the fine lees, in bottle for about 10 days before release for consumption. Store in a cool place at a temperature of 12-14°C;
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.50% vol;
COLOR: bright straw yellow with copper highlights;
FRAGRANCE: delicate, fine, pleasantly fruity with flavors of apple and yellow fruit;
TASTE: fresh, savory, harmonious, smooth with good body and persistence;
GASTRONOMIC ACCOMPANIMENTS: appetizers and fish dishes, white meats, light and summer dishes.
