VARIETY AND VINES: Cabernet Sauvignon 85%, black grape varieties suitable for cultivation in the province of Venice, Treviso and Pordenone 15%;
PRODUCTION AREA: Lison Pramaggiore;
SOIL – ALTITUDE: mixed mineralogy predominantly calcareous-dolomitic, deep, loamy texture, fair nutrient content. Average altitude of 250m above sea level;
VITICULTURE: hilly with slopes from 18 to 25 percent;
HARVEST: by hand, late September;
VINIFICATION: traditional red vinification with 8-day maceration at a temperature of 25°C; racking and decanting into small oak barrels;
AGING – STORAGE: at least 4 months;
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH: 12% vol;
COLOR: intense ruby red with garnet reflections;
BOUQUET: the olfactory profile is vinous, complex and lively. Reminiscent of forest scents;
TASTE: dry, soft and full-bodied;
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18°C;
GASTRONOMIC ACCOMPANYMENTS: perfect for grilled meats, truffles and fatty, flavor-packed dishes such as risotto alla Milanese
